Terms & Conditions:
1. PAYMENT / DEPOSIT
- Full payment is required within 24 hours of booking
- No bookings will be guaranteed until complete payment is received
- Guests are invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah IDR
2. CHANGE OF BOOKING DATE
- Booking date can not be changed prior to check in*
3. GUEST CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- A cancellation includes not proceeding with the booking and the dates booked
- All cancellations must be notified by email to Bodhi Bingin (listings@bodhibingin.com)
- If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date a cancellation fee of 50% of total cost will apply
- If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 100% of total cost will apply
- No refund will be given for reduction of stay once checked in
- No refund will be given if guests fail to show up on arrival date for any reason
- No refund will be given for bookings at discounted rates
- All rooms are guaranteed on the day of arrival In the case of a no-show, booking will be cancelled after 24 hours and cancellation conditions specified above apply
4. GUESTS POLICY
- Maximum of 2 guests in Bodhi 1, Bodhi 2, Bodhi 3 and Tree House Villa
- Maximum of 7 guests in Villa Bodhi
- Baby cot charged is IDR 200.000 per night
- Extra single bed charged is IDR 500.000 per night
